Took me a while to get at all impressed with Technorati. First I tried simple blog searches. It wasn't until my fourth search topic/keyword that I found anything worthwhile. To give due credit, that topic was one that I have a Google Alert feed for, and I hadn't seen these posts mentioning this topic before. But the first three turning up nothing interesting was really disappointing. Then I tried searching in tags. Much better. I'll keep this in mind.
As for the top favorited blog, etc., let's just say that there is no accounting for taste.
