Easiest: Habit 7.5, Play!
This is a no brainer: why bother to learn something and then not have fun with it?
Hardest: Habit 3, View problems as challenges.
I have friends who, when given a choice, will automatically take the hard road in order to challenge themselves. I tend to choose the easy road so that I can finish more quickly and move on to the next journey. Disclaimer: This metaphor is specific to learning and does not apply to moral or ethical situations.
